Agreement to Terms

By placing an order with Sticker Supply Shop ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before ordering.

Products and Services

We provide custom die-cut sticker printing services. All stickers are:

• Custom-made to order based on your uploaded artwork
• Printed on premium vinyl with UV and water-resistant lamination
• Made in the USA

Product images and colors on our website are for illustration purposes. Actual printed colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitors and printing processes.

Artwork and Intellectual Property

Your Responsibility: By uploading artwork, you confirm that:

• You own the artwork or have permission to use it
• The artwork does not infringe on anyone else's copyright, trademark, or intellectual property
• The artwork is not illegal, defamatory, or harmful

We reserve the right to refuse any order that contains content we deem inappropriate, including but not limited to: hate speech, illegal content, or intellectual property violations.

Orders and Payment

• All prices are in US Dollars (USD)
• Payment is required at the time of order
• We accept major credit cards via Shopify Payments
• Orders are processed after payment is confirmed

Production and Shipping

• Production time: 1-5 business days (depending on order volume)
• Shipping time: 3-5 business days after production
• Shipping: FREE on all orders within the United States
• We currently ship only within the United States

Production and shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Before production begins: Contact us immediately at stickersupplyshop@gmail.com and we'll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations.

After production begins: Orders cannot be changed or cancelled because your stickers are already being custom-made.

Refunds and Returns

Because all stickers are custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns for:

• Change of mind or buyer's remorse
• Incorrect information provided by the customer
• Design issues present in the original uploaded artwork

We WILL make it right if:

• Your order arrives damaged
• There's a printing defect or quality issue
• The stickers don't match your approved design
• Your order is lost in shipping

To request a refund or reprint, email stickersupplyshop@gmail.com with photos of the issue within 14 days of receiving your order.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by shipping carriers

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Sticker Supply Shop harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your uploaded artwork
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third party's rights

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Pierce County, Washington.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
