Quality Issues
If you receive stickers with any of the following issues, contact us within 14 days of delivery:
- Print defects (smudging, color bleeding, missing areas)
- Cutting errors (wrong size, misaligned cuts)
- Material defects (peeling laminate, bubbles)
- Shipping damage
We will either reprint your order at no charge or issue a full refund, your choice.
Custom Products
Because all our stickers are custom-made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns for:
- Change of mind after approval
- Ordering the wrong size or quantity
- Design changes after production starts
- File issues that were present in your uploaded artwork
This is why we offer a free proof approval step - to catch any issues before printing.
Proof Approval
Before we print, you'll receive a digital proof showing exactly how your stickers will look. Once you approve the proof:
- Production begins immediately
- We print exactly what you approved
- Changes cannot be made after approval
Please review your proof carefully - check spelling, colors, and sizing before approving.
How to Request a Refund
If you need a refund or reprint:
- Email us at stickersupplyshop@gmail.com
- Include your order number
- Describe the issue
- Attach photos if applicable
We typically respond within 2-4 hours during business hours and resolve issues within 24-48 hours.
Refund Timing
Once approved, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. Depending on your payment method and bank, it may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
Cancellations
Before proof approval: Full refund, no questions asked.
After proof approval: Orders cannot be cancelled as production begins immediately.
